Anger Management Therapy Group 

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Livingston County Catholic Charities is offering an anger management therapy group. This SAMHSA approved anger management therapy group will help individuals deal with issues associated with anger as well as give them practical skills to monitor and reduce anger. Themes addressed in the group include but are not limited to Assertiveness training, power and control, myths about anger, cognitive restructuring and relaxation techniques. The therapy group is open ended and ongoing. The process of entering the group is by setting up an individual assessment to evaluate and determine a person's particular needs.
COST:
This program is covered by many insurances and a sliding scale fee is also available for those who are uninsured.
